After secondary (high) school, 95% of girls aspire to become doctors, lawyers, and engineers but these choices are oftentimes triggered by the adults in their lives and not by personal decisions or interests. The North Central Coordinator, Haruna Ibrahim designed a crowdsourced solution-based after-school career mentorship workshop, to provide a platform for young girls to dialogue on individual actual career interest and be paired with mentors for further coaching.
